I'm Jennifer Rivera—an advocate, educator, and inclusion specialist with a deep commitment to helping children and families of all abilities communicate, connect, and thrive. As both a mother and a professional, I know that every child deserves the opportunity to be understood, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
My personal journey has shaped my purpose. Through years of advocacy and hands-on work with children and families, I have learned the power of early support, the importance of inclusive environments, and the strength that comes from community. Those experiences fuel my passion every single day.
Through WINGS Inclusive Movement Arts, I bring together my expertise in communication, early learning, and development with the healing power of movement, creativity, and connection. I envisioned a place where individuals—especially neurodivergent children—can grow, build confidence, and soar beyond limitations in spaces that are safe, nurturing, and affirming.

With a strong foundation in communication sciences, early literacy, and human services, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to supporting individuals and families. I specialize in creating environments where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. My work spans therapeutic services, education, inclusion advocacy, and case management.

I am passionate about combining aerial arts, yoga, gymnastics, and all types of movement to support individuals with delays, disabilities, and diverse needs. Movement builds more than strength—it builds confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. It gives individuals a voice when words are hard to find and a way to express who they are.
I believe that when we welcome neurodiversity, we create a community where everyone can grow. At WINGS, we don't just teach skills—we build wings.
